sir i m from Aligarh (U.P.) i have some problems in my airtel sim so i went ur customercare shop which is at centerpoint. the name is that shpo Agrawal & Sons. there is ur employe name Sonu. and he was abusing with me and saying that we cant ur help. if u have problem with Airtel then u can close ur connection and u can take another network connection.
I did an easy recharge for Rs 111 at a retailer on 22nd September 2010 around 2.45p.m. But the lady there entered a wrong number, she said she sent an sms to the operator at Ernakulam for restoring the amount in my number,and it will be done in 24 hours but still after 31 hours nothing has been done towards it.
