I have just got new connection from Airtel for my office use. My office is situated at 25 Ajay Shopping Centre, TH Katariya Marg, Matunga Rd (W), Mumbai 16. Dear Sirs,
I registered for DND service for my prepaid mobile no. 9871057724 through customer care of Airtel about 7 months back. After that I travelled overseas and came back few days back only to realise that the annoying promotional calls and sms are still being sent to my number. Which means the servoce was either not activated or is not being effective.

I have a mobile number which I have registered in the NDNC registry a few years ago. I would one of the early adopters of the system. Before last year there were no calls or messages to my phone.
