On 15/05/09 vodafone customer care phoned me and told me that they are going to add Rs.199 add on facility to my phone as promo as I am using STD call min. Rs.250 per month. At that time I was busy with my work and I didnot go through my mobile bills. Later again their customer care phoned me and activated the service. Continue reading

AIRTEL’s MODE OF CLEARING THE COMPLAINTS

Hi.. This is Ranjith here from Bangalore. I am Airtel Subscriber since last 5 years. When the govt. has introduced DND, I have also registered for the same. after registering in DND also I was receving the calls (after 45 days of activation). So. I have raised lot many complaints against this with Airtel.
