The Royal Sundaram company has reduced my claim stating that the room rent is restricted to 10 days, which is no where written in insurance document, and also on the same ground the benefit of convalescence that is a some of Rs.15000/- which is given if the period of hospitalization exceeds 15 days. I paid premium for the 1st year upto 10/12/2010
I also paid premium for the 2nd year upto 10/12/2011
My child was born on 24/04/2010 they said :-
a) Your child has to be 3 months only then he can be included in the policy.

I had taken policy from icici on phone then they were supposed to send me policy documents but i had not received it and i was informed that if you do not claim during two year then you will receive health coupon but i received call for renewal of policy and refused to renew it and ask for health coupon as promised they said they will send it. now they said policy is expired and can not sent it.
