I am currently using bsnl broadband for 6 months. All very nice upto the last month. Today I received my bsnl bill for broadband use.
It is around Rs.40000/- and I am using HOME500C+ plan and I only used 2981MB.
It is total wrong billing by BSNL. HOW TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS IN CONSUMER COURT?.
I had logged a complaint for slow speed of my Broadband (Customer id: 376448543046). An engineer was sent today (9th Feb) to look into it. But he did come without his own laptop and used my personal laptop to check the fault. He handled my laptop so carelessly that he spoilt the Shift key and now Shift key is not working properly. I would like to bring forward the exhorbiant new 2009 rates which are up by 40% from Broadband service providers.
Lower schemes of 256kbps are gone. First country in world which is increasing broadband rates and forcing customers at higher speeds.
I think this is ridiculous on the name of new higher min speeds of 384kbps
1. I am not able to login to my account to renew my broadband subscription. I am located in Chennai, Kilkattalai.
When I try to renew my account online, an error message appears. But with the same username and password I am able to browse the net. Only renewal is not possible.
I requested for disconnection of the reliance broadband connection in some day around the first week of september 2008. But when i raised the request, the representative told me that there is some issue with their system(Is that my fault…?). With in 2-3 days of raising this request i vacated that house. around 1100 rs ….but they have charged me for unused internet also …..and the amt is around 2075…..i have called the helpline
