Starting problem-initial pickup poor

I have been using Passion Pro for the last one year. Mine also have the starting trouble. Initial pick up is poor. When I throttle, bike will get off. So I will keep raising for some time before running. After running some distance it will become ok. I am getting a mileage of avg 60km. I am a proud owner of Hero Honda Splender+ . The decision of me going for a Hero Honda was purely based on the undoubtedly performance of the bike, and millions of satisfied customer across the country. The purchase of my bike was through BHARAT MOTORS Dhampur,Distt.Bijnor(UP). Now my bike is about 7months old. I am faced a problem with rear suspension.that does not work properly .
