Railway not refunding money

I have booked a ticket which was confirmed but the train was late by 11 hrs,as per there rules known from the station master any ticket will be refunded if train runs late by more than 3 hrs,even i have talked to the irctc,they asked me to file a TDR,thn after filing the TDR after so many days they are telling that it cannot be refunded as it was a tatkal ticket.I that my fault it was urgent thats Continue reading →

Handicap Reservation Quota Or General Compartment

I booked a ticket in Handicap reservation Quota for 16-10-2009 in Vidarbha Express. Birth No. was 1 & 2 in SL1 compartment. This compartment was attached to General Compartment. When I try to enter inside, it was already occupied by General Class people. As it was crowded, I am unable to go inside and missed the train.
