I have been using airtel prepaid number from past one and half year . But from past 7 months , every time my balance falls below Rs 100/- , i am unable to make calls . As every time call is made i start getting an alert from airtel that i have insufficient balance to make call and my call gets disconnected .

Airtel had activated a service Airtel TV on my registred number 9560845421. I had registred s complaint on Airtel’s costomer care service and my complaint number is DBDCC 31120898096 regarging same problem. I registred this complaint at nov 20, 2011 but after one month there are no solution. I want to de activate this service and want back my money. Otherwise i will force to take legal action.
