My mob. no. is 9878943946, as i recharged my number with rs. 350 on 8 dec 2012, then i have activated gprs daily pack of rs 5, after 10 mins i was checked my balance,there was Rs. 198 left in my account. Ihave submitted my complaint to ur customer care, as they replied me on 12 dec. that the balance was deducted due to mistake of company, but they didn’t refunded me my balance till today, So I am requesting you to pay attention to my complaint, I shall be thankful to you.
