my airtel sim became inactive on 19th. i immediately contacted to my distributor he himself didnot help me and asked to contact in the airtel office. the airtel office wich was earlier near bus stand shivmurti shifted to rishikul. the new office i found is closed from last two days even if there is no holiday on 20th and 21st january, 2010. there is no other airtel office in haridwar.
