In my area (Adyar Chennai), SCV has taken over from Hathway cable in the month of May 2009. Due to which we were not having connection until May 10, 2009. From May 11, 2009 SCV has provided their setup box for the cable connectivity.
under the scheme of the company i took the set top Box with the paymeny of 12 months subscription in advance. The same was installed at our home. After the installation we observed that they will frequently black out the channels and while contacting the customer care no satisfactory reply will be given. Continue reading
