I had applied for SBI credit card in 2007. Twice it happened that it went back due to absence of anyone in family at home. I had never received it even after couple of requests to resend. i had a credit card of hdfc bank.i purchased a train ticket for rs 3810/- in june 2008.then i converted that into 6 months emi.i paid 3 emis and then the ticket was cancelled.irctc refunded rs 3503/- to hdfc bank.
hdfc bank continued to bill me the remaining 3 EMIS even though i informed them in october.
no reversal was made for the 3 EMIS that i paid.

I have no principle out standings ; as per their statement ,I made the payment .I stoped the use of HDFC BANK CREDIT CARDS since February -2005 ; and I informed the accordingly.
They did not send any statement regarding the out standing amount or debit notes .
But last six months they called me over phone and directing to clear the out standings and close the account .
I have been getting calls from 080-43476200 even if I registered with DND of airtel I have changed my previous number for this purpose and again I do not know how these people got my number Continue reading
