they are providing very poor service in delhi. i called there call centre 4-5 times in a day no concern person contacted me after 2 days contacted but not get the solution for the slow browsing problem there concern persons are not willing to talk you properly.wimax connection is giving me a bullshit speed of 22 kbps i mailed them so many times but they hv’nt took action against this.

QOS for Tata Indicom Broadband Services

I am facing lot of problems Due to frequent cable cuts as said by customer service. I was able to use my connection in January 2009 only for max 6 days. Most of the times i was not getting link and link is there Tata was facing DSLM error at their end, so again no browsing at my end. Exhorbiant New 2009 Broadband rates from Tata Indicom and MTNL

I would like to bring forward the exhorbiant new 2009 rates which are up by 40% from Broadband service providers.

Lower schemes of 256kbps are gone. First country in world which is increasing broadband rates and forcing customers at higher speeds.

I think this is ridiculous on the name of new higher min speeds of 384kbps
