they are providing very poor service in delhi. i called there call centre 4-5 times in a day no concern person contacted me after 2 days contacted but not get the solution for the slow browsing problem there concern persons are not willing to talk you properly.wimax connection is giving me a bullshit speed of 22 kbps i mailed them so many times but they hv’nt took action against this.

I am facing lot of problems Due to frequent cable cuts as said by customer service. I was able to use my connection in January 2009 only for max 6 days. Most of the times i was not getting link and link is there Tata was facing DSLM error at their end, so again no browsing at my end. I would like to bring forward the exhorbiant new 2009 rates which are up by 40% from Broadband service providers.
Lower schemes of 256kbps are gone. First country in world which is increasing broadband rates and forcing customers at higher speeds.
I think this is ridiculous on the name of new higher min speeds of 384kbps
