I got operated on 3rd-Dec, 2009. It was an Arthroscopy. I have been told by hospital (Excel Hospital, Kanpur) as well as Mediassist customer care also that there is a package for this kind of surgery and I will only be eligible for eighteen thousands but hospital management told me that 26 thousands is required for it so I need to pay rest of 8 thousand rupees cash.
