I got license for Tata AIA Life, in 2009. Then i did not got any support from them, thus resigned in 11/01/2012. But they have not removed my name from irda portal. Then again i given request at 22/07/2013, to remove my name from list. But still my name is reflecting. I lost my job because of this. I have not given any request for renewal also, but after 5 years my name is still there. I came to know they are doing forged selling of policies by my name, and taking commission. Because i have not sold a single policy, nor in any form my signature will be there, all signature are made by my name are also forged. please give me solution what to do? I am working in financial sector, thus all companies are not considering me, because my name is reflecting.
