I bought Karbon Titanium S5 for 9100.At time of purchase Box was open,and Chroma told that it has minor plastic damage and will discount for that. When i gave it to authorized Karbon service center they told motherboard is already tampered. Chroma is ready to bear the cost of repair. But I need replacement as i cannot wait for 15 days as it is affecting my business. Attached Bill and Mother board photo

I need strict action to be taken against Chroma and need replacement ASAP as it is affecting my business.
