I was just browsing online from my Tata docomo sim numbered 7206XX9979 and a new website automatically opened. I even didn’t clicked any button on that page but still a service named Tata docomo sub got activated and rs. 50 were deducted from my account balance. When I called customer care for the same issue, they said that you confirmed the service (I have that call recorded). He also said that refund can’t be given in this context. Now, as a consumer, I want my rs 50 refunded in my account.

I demand Rs 50 refund in my tata docomo account balance.
