I would like to share our grievances with to take legal action against Justdial. We have been contacted to just dial for our tour and travels agency services and we have given first time 5800/- approximately in advance for taking services but we have not received any proper leads or any single rupee business from them due to wrong commitment of just dial staff from MAHESH CHANDRA he said you will get business according to your bisiness line if we have discussed with just dial team they are saying we are not able to provide proper leads as per commitment by MAHESH CHANDRA and now without any intimation they have deducted 1400rs/- from my bank account they are doing such a mafia with us please help us asap. and take the legal action asap. and please try to refund our money we would be so thankful to you.

Economically we are not so much strong and if we invest such kind of services and following since very long time to just dial we did not received any proper reply from them we are losing business please help us.
