Tata Docomo Customer Service not provided

I am customer of tata tele services. Today I received a message from tata Docomo about internet package for 500mb recharge with rs. 52. And I recharged with rs.52 After recharged I received only 350 mb data. I called to customer care but they were unable to help me. They were saying that plan has been changed from last week. If plan was changed. How they sent me message for recharge. This is not my fault If committed by them in message they should have to complete their commitment.

I Want only my rights.
