: Tata docomo deduct my 180 rs balance. When i called the customer care,they told me that my 49rs talktime is deducted for a model service and another 123rs talktime is deducted for a nonsense reason. But where is the models service and after then i again called the customer care but it is repeatedly saying unable to connect. My balance is deducted for no reason. Please refund my balance as soon as possible rather i am shifting to another operater. my no. Is 8265939587. Kindly look into the issue as early as possible as this is unfair business practice on Tata’s part.
