Nexus 5 mobile – not replacing the defective piece

We have purchased a new Nexus 5 mobile phone from the store mentioned above. The new phone got hung up the very second day and now they are not replacing the defective piece. The 30,000 phone has no value if it is defective. we have asked them and LG to replace the phone or give us the refund amount. We are being made to wait and are facing lots of problem because of non-availability of the phone.

I want the replacement with a new phone or the whole amount refunded. In addition to that, I want compensation of about Rs. 1 lakh from the LG and Google Company both, for causing us mental and physical trouble and making us wait for so long and not helping us at all.
