Hi, This is Murugan. Last Month I raised an request for MNP from Tata DocoMo to Airtel at Airtel Store(Horamavu Main Road, Banaswadi -560043) for Mobile No +91 9035 161466. I waited for 15 days and went back they told me that Id proof is not clear. So Once again on 10 days back I submitted the Colored ID Proof(Adhaar Card) with 2 Photos and 50 Rs. No Response from Airtel till now. When I call that Airtel Store No proper response. This is how you will treat your customers. If you cant do MNP please let me know I will go to another Service Provider. Please am fed-up. Please do it ASAP. I’m shailendra ratanani from ujjain. I tried to port my idea postpaid (7773020143) first time tata docomo rejected. On second time Idea rejected but second time when idea rejected my outstanding was clear but they stated there was standing. Now i applied third time with Idea customer care calling me for conformation but when i am receiving call it was abruptly ended.
