HTC desire 616 Customer Griavance redressal

I am Divya, writing to you far from India ( Bangalore). I had purchased a HTC Desire 616 on 29th of Nov 2014.Within 1 and half month i detected a problem in the camera and it projects a black big dot on every photo i take.i approached the store from where i purchased it (Poorvika Mobiles, Kamannahali, Bangalore) and they sent it to the service center and the claimed that there was a problem with the complete lens of the camera and that they had to send it to the headquarters which would take 20 even days.They are not ready to replace a new phone.Is this how customers are to be treated.We buy a phone trusting your brand name and this is what we get in return. this is really disappointing, when you have to buy a new phone and detect a problem within days. I want my phone to be replaced. I do not trust anybody and thus i don’t trust that i will get back my phone the same way i send it , if taken to the head quarters. i am ready to approach any body to get justice for the money i have paid.i do not want to take help of social media or even the consumer court ,i believe i will definitely get some help from you. Kindly help. this is the email i tried writing to a authority of HTC, but in vain and of no use. i want my phone replaced or my money returned. as a cutomer i am not satisfied with the product which has a problem within 1 month. i am not ready to use a repaired phone after paying 16000 rupees. kindly help me as soon as possible. contact no : 973861CXX86
