Karbonn Mobile Wifi Connectivity Issues

Dear sir, I have purchased a carbon mobile A90 on and within same day there was a problem of wifi connectivity along with auto dead , on same day the phone was submitted to your service center vide job sheet no KJASPDL1081214K20457 and requested them for DOA (Dead on arrival) for replacement . As they have repaired the handset they told that the phone is now working fine and they cannot raise a DOA from their site. The defective phone is not acceptable to me as the defect was detected on the same day of purchase. I request you to kindly approve the DOA and provide me with the fresh new handset as the same was a defective one and was submitted with 24 hrs to your service centre and the same is with them from that day till now. I have numbers of time made request on customer care to do the needful and also have escalated today with a complain receipt No 97939 dated 22.12.2014. an early action will be highly appreciated.
