Respected sir/madam, On 13/12/2015 I received call from no 9210026xxx with a promotional offer from yatratimes.com and also emailed (id-info@yatratimes.com)for promotional holiday package Rs.10999.00 with a gift of 5 in 1 music player then I search the site and found offer for the package is American Tourister trally bag of amount Rs. 3999.00 then I asked him he told me special offer for you then he contacted with no 09971102xxx saying it is my personal no. and I booked one package. after that he told me sir if you book another package your package will be combo pack your gift will be Blackberry Z 10 Mobile and same will be send within three days and I will get it in seven days and you can avail in two year and also for five year I will get same offer.m I booked two package and after 10 days I got only five pages of paper then I tried to contact mayank gupta he did not received phone and on company no so many people give different statement finally on 29/12/2014 gift section mr manis told you have only gift of two bag no mobile, mobile for three package if you book one more package of Rs 10000.00 then immediately send Blackberry Z 10 Mobile I asked him to connect to mayank gupta he told he is no more in the organisation company removed him for false commitment. then with lot of argument I told him to cancel my booking and return my full amount with interest but he delayed and I told him to connect C/A but he delayed and I want to mail to company id info@yatratimes.com and support@yatratimes.com but mails undelivered to the given id then I contacted with company LL no someone told me to mail on id sales@yatratimes.com I mailed but no response so pl. take n.a. please.

I want return of my money of amount RS.21998/- with Interest and expenses towards telephone appropriate action for loss of my time and mental tension with humble request and regards SANTANU KUMAR BEHERA
