Tata Docomo – Not releasing no for MNP

The general manager, airtel, mnp department, west Bengal, India, respected sir or madam, i am writing this mail regarding the phone no. – 750103xxx. the phone no is currently in Tata docomo. i applied for mnp to port in to airtel. i applied first time on 1st week of april. but the application rejected. the mnp request got canceled. as a cause they told me that Tata docomo is not releasing the no. but how this is possible. according to trai no telecom service provider can’t cancel mnp request with out customer’s written request it’s also a automatic system. as i did not applied for cancelling the mnp so there is no cause cancelling mnp without the airtel store’s fault. i applied for mnp again in same airtel store on 20th of april. again in the mnp request got canceled. in this time i called tata docomo appellate authority. after checking my no. they told me that there is no mnp request from airtel. then i go to airtel store and asked the manager to show me the mnp request history made by their system. they unable to show. i asked them for both of the caf submitted by me with respective documents. now they are not giving the caf back. they told that they will not be able to give back the caf. according to trai if an application got rejected or canceled at any of stage the customer should get back the caf with documents. now tell me what i can do. i want my caf at any of cost. please give me the cafs back. kindly sent the resolution by post to my address. thanking you, yours faithfully, ankur sarkar note- the airtel store’s address is same of my address with same pin code. pg portal case no. – dotel/e/2015/15761
