Tata Docomo Photon – Net speed too low

I am using TATA DOCOMO PHOTON WI-FI Data connection n0. 924958xxx from last 11 months. For last 2-3 weeks net speed was too low. so on 27/4/2015 I registered complain. Next day they call me and ask me to check speed with www.speedtest.net & I cch was checked speed which was in range of 0.45 mbps to 0.5 mbps. which was less than 1.00 mbps as per TRI guide lines. They told me that this speed is in correct range & they closed the complain. But when I try to work on Internet my some files were not able to down load because of speed, So again Gave Complain. This time They told me that my area is In HIGH UTILIZATION AREA hence speed is affected. But I told them that in 1st week of May I was in Chennai & there also I got less speed. but they close my complain. Then after giving repeated complain, they send their engineer who also agree that speed is low but he told that he is not closing complain. but again they close complaint without mu consent. I wrote to appellate kerala [appellate.kerala@tatadocomo.com].but i did not got any relief from them.

On my repeated complaints, One mr Mukesh of TATA CUSTOMER care dept told me to get connection cancelled.It is like a Man goes to Doctor with leg injury.and after 4-5 days treatment his leg was not cure. So Doctor’s advice was that you get your leg cut so that problem will be solved. As my work was suffering. I told them to disconnect my line. They reply that within 48 hrs they will confirm ovet phone, then after 7 days they will cut net. and after 15 days they will disconnect the line.till that time i have to pay,
