Tata Indicom broadband – Customer care Service disconnted

took Tata photon plus 5 months this year 2013 in name of my wife Debashree Dutta. After that I recharged that tata phton plus Number 9231410414. After that I did not recharged that number for three months. But from company messeges came to my mobile for recharging the mobile and different offers. I again recharged on the tata photon plus number 10/11/2013. A sum of Rs.350/= was rechaged instantly on that number 9231410414. but in my home no internet connection came. I moved to nearby store yhey checked and said not connection will come. I got connection only for 7 days 14/11/2013 to 21/11/2013. After that no internet conncetion came. I moved to store and phoned customer care, they told my connection has been cut. why ? thae reason is very silly? why I have not recharged my phone for three months. Agoan I moved to store , They said, the connction has been cut as in my wife’s address there are ( multiple connection. The connection can not be restored for next 15days. that means at 8/12/2013. it can be restored. My connction is valid upto 9/12/2013. My money will not also be refunded as it is pre-paid connection. The complete cheating and fraud is going on. They are taking peoples money but not providing services. Pl. show some way out.

I wish to bye internet connection from other band as Tata phton is a cheater brand. For that I require Rs.3000/=. I am claiming Rs.3000/= from TATA photon
