Poor Service / Warranty of Xolo Mobile Customer Care

I’m Binoop from Kochin. I bought a Xolo A500S mobile on 1st November 2013. From the 2nd week onwards the LCD sensor was showing error (LCD Backlight won’t turn on and i can’t disconnect my call), but sometimes it worked fine. So i visited AG care @ Panampilly Nagar Cochin on 21st Nov 2013 for getting warranty service. I asked them whether the device will get replaced but they told like replacement can happen only within 7days of purchase. So the company itself is saying like the device will get disordered within 7 days of use. AG Care guys told me that i will get it serviced within 20 days and till 12th Dec 2013 i didnt get any update. I haven’t got the benefit of purchasing a new phone and i’m too much fed up with the device and the service centre. I have used mobiles of Nokia, LG, Sony Ericsson & Samsung. No other companies are treating their customers like this. I got my Nokia E6 replaced on th 11th month of warranty with a new Nokia Lumia 520 handset as the Nokia E6 was not available in the market at that time.

Xolo Mobile Service is Very Poor

I have given Xolo A 700 to Malad repair center on 9/11/13 for on off switch problem. They have informed that phone will be ready in ten to twelve working days. I am following with them since last two weeks. They pick up call after calling for long time and say that you will in two to three days. I did not get my phone till 12th Dec 2013. I am ready to pay repairing cost of Rs. 430/- but need my phone quickly.
