I am using Tata Wi-Max connect since Nov 2009 till Mar 2013 with account number ACC002218532. User ID: balaram.d@vsnl.net In March 2013, my connection is under Chandapura base station and services from the same base station has been rolled back with out prior intimation. This information has been revealed after many follow-ups. Finally as per their request I have send a mail to customer care to cancel the connection and process for refund. They have agreed that I should get the refund of Rs. 1100 odd in June 2013 and said that will process the same in 15 days. Later in when I do a follow-up, they have asked me to contact the head office in Koramangala, Bangalore. I have contacted Mrs. Nitya and submitted ID proof for processing the refund. I have a done may follow-ups and visited the office for couple of time till Jan 2014. In Jan 2014, Ravi came in to picture and promised me that he will take up the issue and process for refund. He put some efforts to resolve but till now it is not refunded.
For all the damages and expenses, I ask Tata Docomo to pay Rs.10000(Ten Thousand Ruppes).
