i had placed an online order on 18.04.14 for LG 1.5 Ton 3 Star LSA5MR3M Split Air Conditioner in snapdeal web portal. it was agreed upon cash on delivery terms and they promised me it will be delivered on 24.04.14 and recieved a confirmation mail for the same. as i am working in delhi i requested my elder brother to take the consignment on behalf of me. when even after 26.04.14 we did not receive the consignment i called up the gatti courier services who is the logistics partner of snapdeal they promised me it will be delivered on 27.04.14 so again i requested my brother to be at home to receive the consignment but again they failed to deliver from that day i have been trying to get in touch with the snapdeal through but for some strange reasons i am not able to loginto their complaint portal. again i tried to call the gatti customer care again they promised me it will be delivered on 28.04.14 but even after waiting for the whole day at home they did not deliver.on 29.04.14 when i called the customer care at 2.00 pm they have said they cannot track the consignment. i want to complain against snapdeal as they never tried to inform us about the status of the order if they had done we would have been saved from all the mental agony.
we want the snapdeal to apologize publicly so that people are aware of the problems they can face from them and those mistakes are not repeated.
