Tata Sky technician Nilesh Singh closed the relocation work order for subscriber ID 1074568930 without actually doing the job. When confronted he tried to wriggle his way out stating that centralized wiring provided is not HD service compatible. Then he said that he would charge us separately Rs. 500 for doing the wiring in his personal capacity. We refused and got in touch with Tata Sky who instead of stopping the practice encouraged the same by having his supervisor call and try to do damage control.

We want the service to be provided without paying anything more than Rs. 200 per visit. This wa what was agreed at the time of setting up the first request.
