Tata Indicom – Downtime Not Adjusted in Bill

I took this new connection from Tata Indicom and their service was down for more than 6 days in the month of february’2014. I sent an email to them that do not bill me for your downtime period. When they generated the bill, I am bein gcharged for the same period. I have emails as proof for the downtime but the company is claiming that their tickets were closed in time. I assert that tickets were closed without any resolution.

The company should look into my complaints raised and recalculate the bill on the actual services provided.
