This is to inform you that, someone from retention department made a false commitment to me regarding monthly charges of the aforesaid Tata Docomo Walky connection. I am in 3 Years Advance Rental Plan, while changing the plan the Customer Care executive did not told me that I will be charged Rs. 50/- for CLIP service as well as Rs. 25/- as minimum rental. Due to that issue I was not paying my bills and after a few days I got a call from your retention team informing me that there is some outstaying amount is still pending on my account. At that point of time only I have informed my issue to the executive, the he had given me a offer which is “If I pay Rs. 300/- onetime then the whole charges will be waived for lifetime.” I agreed to pay Rs. 300/- as onetime charges. But, from the next bills onwards I am getting charged the Minimum Rental charges which is Rs. 25/- even some of the month I found on my bill that I am also getting charged for CLIP Service @Rs. 50/- I stopped using the connection and also I was not paying the bills as I lodged complaint regarding the same at Customer Care. While collection tem was calling me from 033-66370600 to inform me that there is some outstanding is due on my account I have also informed the same this to them also but there is not satisfactory reply from there end as well. Now, on 06-Dec-2013 I got a call a call from +91 8981848654 informing me that the person is an Advocate of Calcutta High Court and is going to file a complaint against me for Non-Payment of the outstanding amount of Rs. 1200/-. I strictly DENIED TO PAY, and also informed him that I am going file a complaint with Consumer Forum, but before this I want to file a written complaint with Appellate Authority. One more thing which I would like to inform you that, I wants to MIGRATE MY CONNECTION TO PREPAID with immediate effect.
