Tata Docomo Account No 989534572 Account No. – 9216132328 Hi, my name is Dr. Mandhir Arora. I opted for Tata Photon 3 GB plan in August 2013. The services were fine, I was using the Tata photon in jawaddi, Dugri area. Also, I paid my bills on time until November 2013. I got a call on 29th November 2013 from local Tata store ( Sikand communication, green field Ludhiana Near pakhowal road) from where I had purchased the Tata photon device and subscribed for the plan in August that there is new plan from Tata under which I will get 5 GB data every month and I had to pay Rs 1200 in advance. I agreed to pay Rs 1200 in advance and I will get internet services from Dec 2013 to February 2014. Along with the this plan I was offered to take a phone connection 7696100222 for which I had to pay Rs 99 every month as rental and under this plan I was supposed to get 99 free calls. Now, I took this SIM or telephone connection and the photon plan for which I had paid advance. I started getting network connectivity issues. I called customer care few times that data transfer is not good and I am not getting appropriate speed and there was bad download and upload speed also noticed by Tata executive who visited me for repair. In December, I received a bill for Rs 67 – November month bill. Bill for three days was Rs 67. December month There was usage of internet and some messages were sent from this number. My usage was worth Rs 111.79. Over this a rental of Rs 299 on which I had no idea why I was charged Rs 299 when I was told that the rental for this number is Rs 99. Therefore, In January first week, I got a bill of Rs 509. I went to the Tata store and asked them to do a waiver of this amount. My actual bill must be Rs 9 + Rs 99 + Rs 111.79 = Rs 219.79 plus taxes then. But no action was taken on this behalf and I was told to pay the full bill. At the end of January month, my internet services were stopped for which I had already paid a some of Rs 1200 in November13 (there were already connectivity issues and slow speed was pathetic) on account of non-payment of phone bill. I was repeatedly telling the persons calling me at least twice a day that my bill is not CORRECT I was offered something else and I am being billed wrongly. Now, in the month of February, again I am billed according to 299 rental plan. The bill now reaches Rs 968. My usage was just Rs 53.71. Later, in March again I am getting a bill of Rs 1132.00. There is no usage from my side in March month and I visited the Tata store in Feb month and March month and even in January month telling them to either disconnect my connection or correct the bill. The story isn’t ending here — I was told to pay Rs 500 by TATA store manager against my pending amount of Rs 1132 which I did and despite of that I was getting calls from Tata that my bill is pending and today 12th March, I was told that Tata is taking is this issue legal and I am obliged to respond to TATA legally.
