I have Purchased Tata Nano so called 2013 model.from Auto Industries Goa Pvt Ltd. Horn Failed within one week of Delivery .Till date no spare horn is available with dealership. Secondly scratch cards Gift not delivered to me in spite of submitting the required document to the Tata Nano gift redemption cell at Indore. The company is passing the buck to the dealership and the dealership to Tata Motors.

Kindly protect the rights of the consumer however nano(small) he is Mr. Ratan Tata as your brand namei s at stake.
