I had purchased tata phone max wifi data card for rs 2000/- which was under the upgrade offer. As per the upgrade offer I have to surrender my old tata photon max data card worth rs 1300/- and I get rebate of rs 150/- for 13 months in my bill cycle. Because of the poor services of tata photon in terms of connectivity and speed, I disconnected the device and asked for return of my old device and refund for the new device and to collect their device back. Now they had refunded me the money for the new device (rs 2000) and have taken their new device back. BUT they are not returning my old device now. Saying that it was under the offer. I am serious wondering how far this is logical. This is a mere case of FRAUD. I am asking to return my old device back OR money in lieu of that OR give me rs 150/- for 13 months as promised. This has caused me so much of mental tension, agony and has affected my work heavily. Going to be close to 2 months now since I am following up with them.

I need my old device back or money in lieu of that OR Rs 150/- for 13 months AND Rs 50000 for the mental agony and harassment caused.
