Micromax Canvas Motherboard Problem Unresolved

My mobile Micromax canvas 2.2 purchased 2 months back had problem in motherboard. I submitted it to service center in pune on 18 Sept 2014. I called Micromax care( complain no.1909144520) and was told that I will get mobile within 15 days. I called Micromax care on 9 and 10 Oct 2014 & was told that they will require another 20 days. Mobile is a essential thing in today’s modern world. 45 days for repair is a unacceptable period esp. when alternate mobile is not provided to you. Companies policy is unacceptable, cheating , of false promises and it amounts to deficiency in services.

As committed period of 15 days has already elapsed, I want immediate repair or replacement or full refund of cost of my mobile.If I am forced to purchase new mobile, I want full refund of cost for which I may even go to consumers forum.
