I purchased a pair of Levi’s shoes worth Rs.2059 from Myntra.com on Feb-14.Within few months of the purchase i started facing some manufacturing defect.The leather on the upfront got dismantled which gives a very shabby look.I called the customer care & they agreed to replace it.I raised teh replacement request which was declined by Myntra.The reason quoted was the expiry of the statutaroy replacement period exceeding 90 days.
