Micromax Canvas – Under Warranty Worst Service

Dear Sir/ Madam, My service job card no is W010324091412200237 I have given my micromax canvas A116 phone for service at following service center.. I have given my phone on 15th of September,2014 and after that I didn’t get any call from their side about my phones status!! I have called them many of times.. But they don’t have a proper answer!! Last time I called on 27th September-Saturday and they committed for the 1st of October (today) Now when I am calling them they are not receiving my call and they haven’t called me yet for any further clarification. I feel shame to contact you and to complain you about your service.

Customer should be regularly informed about the status of his product.
