Hitachi AC – Frequent Break Down no Service

Complain: 1)Extra Cable & Copper pipe taken away by the person installed on 20.06.14. Name of the person: Mahmood- 8820723xxx(M) 2) Service engineer came on 12.08.14 charged travelling Rs. 350 without bill and with bill Rs. 750. No problem found but remote operational something stated. We paid Rs. 350. Person name & contact no: Janhatullah-9330410xxx 3)Came to check auto clean alarm on start on 30.08.14. Replace one PCB without any packet (which looked like repaired one) replaced. Charged no claim. Meanwhile Hitachi AC indoor unit again becomes problematic. Sometimes function sometimes does not.

We need complete replacement of the M/C .
