Micromax Canvas – Problem With Power Button

Dear sir, I am B. Suresh resident of Hyderabad bought Micromax Canvas Knight A350 phone in August month from LOT mobiles. In September i got a problem with power on /off with the phone. I gave it to servicing on 08/09/2014 at your authorized customer service center named S.S.Enterprises, Mossarambagh, Dilsukhnagar. Initially the representative told its Mother board problem, we have to send the phone to company for mother board replacement and he told me it takes 15 days time, after 15 Days i approached the service center and they told it takes 20 to 25 days time. After 20 days i called the service center people and there is no proper response so i directly approached and this time the representative told me we send mail to the company it may take another 3 days. Again i went on 04/10/2014, this time the representative told we already send mail and it takes 25 Working days. After all again i went on 06/10/2014, the same reply from the representative we mail the company. This time your representative told me by evening we will tell you the status, but i didn’t get any call from the service center, next day that means 07/10/2014 they called and told your mobile repair is over and the phone is in transit so come and collect tomorrow. The next day means 08/10/2014 i went to service center, but the service center representative told me mobile is not ready, then i argued with them and i called the manager, Mr. SATTER , he told me the phone not yet ready it takes some time, i asked him its already one month i gave phone for repair, when will you give my phone , and i argued that at the time of submitting the phone your employee told repair takes only 25 days now its already 30 days.. Mt. Satter not gave me proper answer and he is very rude, used abused language and told me that we don’t give the phone do what ever you can, if you want you can give compliant to company i don’t bather like that he argued with me in a loud voice in front of other customers. I asked them give the mails copy you send to the company earlier requesting my . handset problem then he is told me we didst send any mail earlier , now if you want we can send, I bought the phone by believing in MICROMAX, i gave phone at that service center because of its authorized service center by MICROMAX. now i lost all the impression on your company and i will never buy MICROMAX phone and i will recommend to all my friends and family members not to buy MICROMAX phones at all. The authorized service center named SS ENTERPRISES, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad providing worst service to customers, and the employees are behvaing very rude with the customers, They are unfit to work in customer service center, worst people, irresponsible. 1)I want my phone back immediately. 2)The service center people behaved very rude with me and also used abused language with me in front of other customers and my friends so i need written apology from them. 3) out of 12 months warranty company gave , phone is there 1 month with service center so i want one month extension in warranty period. 4) i need proper explanation from the company for why the service is delayed for more than one month. 5) The company need to pay some compensation for the mental tension in undergone
