I have a TatSky connection which I have not used for many years. recently I recharged it. As son as the last 5 days of the subscription period approached, I start getting calls from Tata Sky to recharge or to make offers. Incidentally they never solve the logged complaint. Sometimes they call under the guise of discussing the complaint but immediately switch to recharge or to promotional offers. Most of them speak in a disgusting tone or voice. After repeatedly telling these tele-callers, that my mobile number is registered with the do not call registry off the Government of India, they start endlessly arguing and answering back. the number of calls is between 10 and 25 every month. This has been going on for the last 1 year. If I don’t answer landline calls then my business is affected, because some calls are from business associates. This is actually an organised racket. Sometimes I have received calls asking for credit card details. it is very difficult to realise the genuine company and the fraudsters. please do something to compensate me for this harassment.
