Good Morning My subscriber ID: 1139761314, Earlier I used DISH DTH then switch over to TATA Sky DTH on Nov 2014, Now i feel I done a great mistake, since i facing frequent problems in TATA Sky DTH. Last month the dish was not working and it was unable to solve by your service engineer then another authorised dealer came and solve the problem, for that i spent an amount of Rs500 to rectify the problem. then again last month DTH was not working. And it was ready after two days when enquir about this ur service technician told that due satellite signal problem it was happened it will not repeat again. Now from Today (31.03.2015) afternoon DTH is not working.
I opted for one year Subscription so i don’t have no other service provider to chooses.
