Dear Sir/ Madam, This is inform you that I have purchased a Tata Sky DTH on 7th April 2013. My name is Baldev & Registered ID no. is 1104119209. I have purchased this DTH from a dealer (Cosmos Telecom) in Faridabad, Haryana paying all the charges i.e. Rs 2000 (By cash).Now, the issue is that TATA SKY people are deducting Rs 150 on monthly basis & claiming that the device & set top box are on equated monthly Instalments (EMI) & Several time myself & dealer has lodged the complaints against TATA SKY thru telephone on toll free nos. that there are no dues pending. Attached the bill for your ready reference. The situation is getting worse that i am paying TATA Sky Rs 150 since the purchase of device (i.e. 07/04/2013). This is a serious issue & i want it to get solved. As a well known service provider this is not acceptable that you are looting the money from customer in this manner, therefore, this is my kind request to pls look into the matter seriously & pls pay all my money that you have deducted (i.e. Rs 150 since the purchase of device 07/04/2013) A word in reply is highly appreciable.
