Airtel – 3G to 2G automatically plan changed no response

Plan alive net CUG 375 3g combo plan in which I am getting 1GB 3G Data Free. However the same got exhausted within 15 days. So I contacted Customer Care regarding additional 1GB 3G data and the same got activated on 17 June 2014 charging me Rs.300 +service Tax. But On Sunday midnight I received a message stating that “You have consumed 100% of the bill shield value on your airtel mobile. Speed will now be revised.” After this message my Speed has got reduced to 2G speed. I don’t know why this has happened? I don’t understand that on charging me for 3G speed why Airtel has awarded me with 2G Speed.Tried Contacting Airtel through Mail, Over Phone but no resolution has been provided. The only reply which i got over phone was that my speed is intentionally reduced as i have consumed 1 GB Data. But i dnt understand if such was the case then why i have not been informed when the Customer Care person was explaining me to get Additional 1 GB 3G Data and charging me with Rs.300. No response from 121@in.airtel.com,nodalofficer.mumbai@in.airtel.com was received.Also my Complaint IDs are as 56851718 (through Mail),56831791(through Phone).

I want that my Speed should be increased very soon so that i can avail the service for which i have been charged or else if the Speed issue is not resolved by the coming Bill Cycle i do not want to pay Airtel for this Additional 3G Pack as i have not received any 3G Service.
