My house owners are providing electricity to the internet set up box of beam tele. Hence they provide some discount to the people (house owners) who provide electricity. My owners are also using the internet from beam tele hence they pay bill after deducting the electricity charges. Recently house owner started cutting the power to the internet set up box because he was not paid enough money by beam tele for electricity. I complained this to Beam tele so many times. They are ignoring my complaint and not taking care of it. I already paid money for my usage of internet. They are cheating people.

I used my phone to call beam tele to tell them the problem. I spent around Rs 100 on this. I also missed my daily meetings with client whom I work for. (I use internet phone to talk to my clients)
