Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Videocon D2H on 24-12-13. From the very beginning I am getting problem in watching Television, it automatically restart while watching programs that distract from the interest. I had 1st informed this case on 7th Feb-14 and already informed about the remote of the Set top box that is also not performing well. They replace the remote on 24th Jun-14 after frequently chasing them.

The Videocon D2h Engineers are so smart without visitng and inspection of problem they send the message that your problem has been resolved successfully while the problem exists. On 24th Jun-14 the engineer tried to convince me that there was Problem in your TV You would have to use STB through AV cable while they have charged me amount of HDMI STB and problem is still on. There was problem in their services I told them to refund my money as your services was interrupted from your side but they did not. I have mailed to Nodel officer and called to his given number but did not get any reply.
