We (I – 60 years and my wife – 57 years) travelled on PNR 2733694811, Coach A3, Berth Nos. 10 & 12 2nd AC in Train No. 12206 from Dehradun to New Delhi. (a) Shockingly, there was no water or toilet paper in the toilets. It was very embarrassing and posed serious problems. Coach attend or TTE was also not in sight at 6.00AM. Train reached New Delhi 2.25 hrs late at 7.30AM. (b) There were no fresh blankets and already used were given.

t is purely deficiency in services and cause serious mental and physical agony. Railway must compensate by Rs 22,000.00 (Rs 11,000.00 to each passenger) to us.
