I went to the specified dealer on June 14, 2014 to courier a parcel through DTDC premium delivery service (Charged at Rs. 180) to the following address: Mr. Prabir Haldar Accounts Department XLRI JAMSHEDPUR C H AREA (EAST) JAMSHEDPUR – 831001 JHARKHAND The parcel contained a Demand draft worth INR 78652 payable to XLRI Jamshedpur, along with other documents to finalize my admission process in XLRI. I was promised that the parcel would be delivered by June 17, 2014. But, it has not been delivered till date. The last date for submission of documents and fees was June 20, 2014. I was not provided with any permanent receipt, bill or docket number. But was just provided with a “Kuccha Receipt”. The dealer went unreachable for many days, and didn’t provide any tracking number. After trying hard, I finally received the tracking number “V25158390” which their system is showing to be invalid and has not been issued yet. Now, the dealer is telling me several lies and has stopped receiving my phone calls. I have also tried reaching DTDC’s Customer Care but received no response from there.

1. Suitable compensation for the lost opportunity of admission to XLRI of at-least 4 Lakhs as it was a course with only 300 seats nationwide that I’ve missed. 2. Refund of all the losses incurred including lost Demand Draft, Travelling expenses, Loss of Pay at Job, and the affidavit charges. 3. Compensation towards mental harassment.
